How to register for the Colgate Classroom Series:

1. Download the 2012-2013 Order Form and fill it out completely (incomplete forms will not be processed). 

The form can be faxed to 479-443-6461 or mailed to:

2. You will receive an invoice which will need to be paid in full at least four weeks prior to the performance. 
If payment cannot be made by then, please fill out the Payment Agreement form.

3. If you need to make any changes to your order (cancellations, change in numbers, special needs, etc.) please fill out the Change Request form.

Most area schools have a Smart Teacher who is a valuable resource for Walton Arts Center activities. If you have any questions, please contact your school's Smart Teacher or the WAC School Concierge at 479-571-2743 or schools@waltonartscenter.org.
